Shipping & Returns

We ship across Canada and the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via standard carrier.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–6 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Free shipping is available on all orders over $175 USD.

• All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped
• Grove + Green is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs
• International shipping may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery

We want you to be fully satisfied with every Grove + Green purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and unwashed
• All original tags must be attached
• Item must be in original packaging
• Your order number must be included

A 20% restocking fee applies to cover handling and repackaging. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, email hello@groveandgreen.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 2 business days with next steps.

Please note: Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted. Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
